Private classes are one-to-one (instructor-to-student), personalised classes, that accelerate your learning. It has been proven that people Learn Faster and Better with private classes.
These classes are designed around your specific requirements (needs & wants). Learn KickBoxing, Karate, Self-Defence, Street Survival, Restraints, Grappling or a combination of everything! You decide! Get fit, toned, strong, flexible and burn fat. You also decide the times and days you want the classes to be held on (depending on availability). We are available from 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
Group classes are great for working out. Train and practise with others to increase your fitness, flexibility and confidence. Most of the classes in our schedules are perfect classes for beginners to start. You will need comfortable clothes and your own boxing gloves (for hygiene reasons we don’t lend out gloves) to start. We do sell gloves from 10 euro to 35 euro and 50 euro. For further details please email us anytime.

Monday to Friday 12noon - 6pm
Saturday & Sunday 11am - 5pm
Adults: 12 euro
Under 18's: 10 euro
