Specialised, one to one classes (private training) available 7 days a week - from 10am - 10pm.
We have 2 club locations for you to choose from. One based in
Smithfield, Dublin 7 and the other in Rosemount Business park, Dublin
15 (see contact page for directions). The class time tables for both are shown below.
At each studio, we have a range of class types to suit everyone!

Class Types
Private Classes
Private classes are one-to-one (instructor-to-student), personalised
classes, that accelerate your learning. It has been proven that people
Learn Faster and Better with private classes.
These classes are designed around your specific requirements
(needs & wants). Learn KickBoxing, Karate, Self-Defence, Street
Survival, Restraints, Grappling or a combination of everything! You
decide! Get fit, toned, strong, flexible and burn fat. You also decide
the times and days you want the classes to be held on (depending on
availability). We are available from 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
Group Classes Group classes are great for working out. Train
and practise with others to increase your fitness, flexibility and
confidence. Most of the classes in our schedules below are perfect
classes for beginners to start. You will need comfortable clothes and
your own boxing gloves (for hygiene reasons we don’t lend out gloves)
to start. We do sell gloves from 10 euro to 35 euro and 50 euro.

Open Training
Dublin 7 Studio only. Members can train and use the bags and weights:
Monday to Friday 12noon - 6pm
Saturday & Sunday 11am - 5pm
Only 10euro per session

Adult Class Descriptions
Introduction to Kickboxing for Women
This is the perfect class to get you started and build your confidence
fast. Learn all you need to know in order to comfortably jump into any
of the classes.
Kickboxing Class
Kickboxing isn't just for celebrities. It is very popular with everyone wanting to increase fitness and tone muscles.
Stretching and Flexibility Class This is a great class for
anyone looking to increase flexibility and improve leg strength and
kicking ability. This class is a great way to limber up and to
de-stress both at the same time.
Syllabus Class These are the best classes to learn all of the
requirements to help you pass the grades and work your way up the belt
system to the coveted Black Belt.
Cardio Kickboxing Class Cardio Kickboxing (similar to Tae Bo
and Boxercise) is a mixture of Kickboxing and aerobics. It is a super
way to burn fat without any bruises because there is no person to
person contact in these class. Cardio Kickboxing is reported to burn a
whopping 800 calories per hour!
Circuit Class A Kickboxing Circuit is unlike any other and is
very similar to how a fighter uses rounds to train for a fight. If you
are a beginner you can pace yourself and take your time and if you are
advanced you can really get a hard training session from this total
body workout.
Sparring Class Sparring is fighting while wearing all of the
protective equipment. Beginners should not be put off or intimidated
because advanced fighters are always willing to help you get started.
Grappling Class
Learn throws, takedowns and submission hold & locks. A great class to learn wrestling moves to add to your striking.
MMA Class Perfect class for UFC and 'no rules' fighting
enthusiasts. Train like the best and learn the techniques which make
this sport so popular
TEAM M.A.I. Squad Training Kickboxing (Points, Continuous,
Full-Contact), Grappling & MMA will all be covered in each session
as the team gets ready to compete. (20 members only - then a waiting
list applies)
Leadership Program Class
This is an invitation only class for members and is available to those interested in becoming Martial Arts instructors.
Kids Class Descriptions
Little Ninjas The Little Ninjas class is for 4, 5 and 6 year
olds. These classes are a lot more then just kicking and punching where
children will learn many life skills and have fun playing various
Martial Arts games.
Kickin' Kids In the Kickin' Kids class the 6 - 12 year olds
get to release all there energy in a productive manner while also
getting the opportunity to attain various coloured belts by
demonstrating there increased knowledge and skill.
Everyone is welcome.
Pricing Structure:
Private Classes:
(48 hours required to cancel/re-schedule otherwise the full fee will still be charged)
1 Private Class = 50 euro
10 Private Classes = 430 euro
20 Private Classes = 800 euro

Private Classes = 1850 euro For
Private Classes containing multiple persons, simply add 10 euro per
person attending. E.g. 2 person Private class = 60euro, 3 person
Private class = 70euro etc.
Group Classes:
Kickin' Kids (6 - 12 years of age) for 3 classes - Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6pm (Dublin 7)
20 euro per child per week OR
70 euro per month
Little Ninjas (4,5,6 year olds) - Tuesdays & Thursdays 5 - 6pm
15 euro for 2 classes they attend
Under 18 years of age:
- 7euro per class
Over 18 years of age:
- 15 euro per class - Students = 12 euro with valid i.d.
- 120 euro for 10 classes (any classes, they don't have to be consecutive). - students 100euro for 10 classes with valid i.d.
- 850 euro for Unlimited Yearly Group Class package (we have 22 Adult
group classes every week and you can attend them all as often as you
like for a full year).
- 500 euro for half year Unlimited Group Class package
Monthly Group Class Rates:
Adults: 120 euro per month for unlimited classes or 850 euro
Students: 100 euro per month unlimited classes or 750 euro
Under 18's: 80 euro per month unlimited classes or 700 euro
Open Training:
You are more then welcome to avail of our open training between 11am
and 6pm Monday to Sunday (not after 6pm due to busy classes). Use this
training to work on your own stuff for as long as you like (up to 6pm).
Adults: 10 euro
Under 18's: 7 euro
