Robert Devane
Robert started Martial Arts at five years of age. Starting with judo,
boxing and karate, Robert continued to study many different styles of
Martial Arts. He has achieved a a black belt in Kickboxing, a black
belt in Freestyle Karate, a black belt in Kenpo and a black belt in Tae
KwonDo. Competitively, Robert has won many titles including several
World medals. Robert is one of very few professional Martial Arts
instructors in this country and he is also involved with several T.V.
& film projects.
Declan Kidd
Declan is one of the only people in this country to have
represented Ireland in both Traditional Karate and Kickboxing. Declan
has achieved a black belt in Shotokan, a black belt in Kickboxing and a
black belt in Sport Karate. Declan has been around the block having
studied Martial Arts for nearly 30 years! He has been teaching Martial
Arts for the past 15 years and his enthusiasm is contagious. Declan has
been there, done that and is now wearing the T-shirt!
Kiefer Crosbie
Kiefer is a rising star at the Dojo and besides the fact that
he has been training with us for quite a while, he is a natural and
very talented Martial Artist and fighter. His dedication to training is
rarely matched. Kiefer loves all aspects of training but he is
especially suited to sparring and competitions. His talent and energy
will rub off on anyone training with him.
Louise Quinn
Louise originally took up Martial Arts and Kickboxing to keep fit and she
never realised that she would be making a career out of it. Louise loves
Kickboxing & MMA training and sparring as well as talking to everyone at the
Dojo. Louise is a great role model because she successfully proves that
women can do it too – and just as good.
Keith Quinn
Keith is one of the most talented Martial Artists ever to have
come from our club. However, he doesn’t believe this to be the case and
remains very down to earth. Keith loves all Martial Arts but excels at
Fighting & Advanced Kicking. So, if you want to train with one of
our best and not have to put up with any Bull – Keith is your man.
Colm O Griobhtha
Colm is unlike other naturally talented Martial Artists in that
he also trains hard. He loves all aspects of Kickboxing from Syllabus
to Sparring. Colm has speed, strength, technique, flexibility and
agility so training with him can only help these qualities to rub off
on you. Add to this his confidence and his good sense of humour and you
have a mixture that you will find highly motivating.
Jamie Lawlor
Jamie has risen through our ranks with flying colours. He loves
to torture and get the best from everyone. His power matched with his
speed make him a very good fighter. Above all, Jamie is very down to
earth, so if you are interested in grading, he is the man to talk to.
Jamie is also a fully qualified N.C.E.F. personal trainer.
Mike Moloney
Mike has made one of the biggest improvements of anyone in the Dojo
since he joined. He's not a natural although you can't tell now. He is
a very hard grafter and he can show you exactly how to do any
technique, even the most difficult with ease. He loves to be involved
at all levels and he's a very friendly guy. If you find anything
difficult then just ask Mike and he'll love to show you how to do it.
Derek Foley
Besides being a good physical Martial Artist, Derek has one of
the best Martial Arts minds at the Dojo. He is great at Martial Arts
strategies and knowing the ins and outs of the whole syllabus. Derek
loves to practice very difficult kicks & moves too (just ask him
what he's working on at the moment). Derek is like a wolf in sheep’s
clothing because he likes his abilities to be understated and this also
makes him a great instructor.
Mark Masterson
Mark has been involved in Martial Arts for a long number of
years. However, he likes to think of himself as a beginner so that he
can maintain his appetite and energy to improve. This makes Mark a
great instructor to train with because despite his achievements and
physical prowess, he remains humble and modest. Mark has a great
approach to Martial Arts that only comes with experience and anyone
training with him will benefit hugely.
Ray Fermoyle
Ray is a very tricky fighter with numerous skills like the
'go-go gadget leg'! He loves the crack of the Dojo as well as the
training. He always has a great story to entertain you while he trains
you. Just ask him about his near death experience! Ray is a quick and
tough martial artist and he's hungry to teach.
